A Service

The smaller of the two services, Service A is the 1 yr/10k mile service.

Service A includes:

  • Motor oil replacement

  • Oil filter replacement

  • Fluid level checks and corrections

  • Tire inflation check and correction

  • Brake component inspection

  • Reset maintenance counter

B Service

The larger of the two services, Service B is the 2yr/20k mile service.

Service B includes everything in Service A plus:

  • Diagnostic Scan of all computers

  • Cabin dust/combination filter(s) replacement

  • Brake fluid flush/exchange

Transmission Service

Transmission fluid helps control heat, lubricate internal components, and support smooth shifting. Over time, the fluid becomes contaminated from normal wear and heat and deteriorates. The filter keeps the contamination from causing issues throughout its service life, but as the fluid wears out so does its capabilities. A transmission service helps maintain shifting quality and protect one of the vehicle’s most expensive systems by replacing the filter and fluid as dictated by your models Maintenance Schedule.

Spark Plug Replacement

Spark plugs deteriorate over time with use, causing reduced fuel economy, weaker performance, rough running, and eventually engine misfires. Once a misfire begins, the issue can become more than just a drivability concern.

When fuel does not burn properly in the cylinder, it can enter the exhaust system and overheat the catalytic converter. Continued driving with a misfire can lead to expensive damage, including catalytic converter failure and additional engine wear. Replacing spark plugs at the proper interval helps maintain smooth performance, efficient combustion, and long-term engine reliability.

Engine Air Filter Replacement

Your engine air filter helps keep dust, dirt, sand, leaves, and other debris from entering the engine. Over time, the filter becomes restricted, which can reduce airflow and make the engine work harder than necessary.

A clean engine air filter helps support proper airflow, fuel efficiency, throttle response, and long-term engine protection.

Differential Service

The differential uses specialized fluid to lubricate and protect the gears and bearings that transfer power to the wheels. Over time, that fluid can break down from age, heat, mileage, and driving conditions, reducing its ability to control friction and protect internal components.

Replacing the differential fluid helps remove aged or contaminated fluid, restore proper lubrication, reduce heat-related wear, and support long-term drivetrain reliability. Depending on the vehicle and driveline design, this service may be recommended by mileage, age, or model-specific maintenance requirements.

Brake Fluid Flush

(Part of the 2 yr / 20k mile B Service)

Brake systems are durable, but they are not maintenance-free. Over time, brake fluid absorbs moisture, breaks down from repeated heat cycles, and can become contaminated by internal component wear. That contamination can contribute to corrosion, reduced hydraulic efficiency, and a softer or less consistent brake pedal feel. Routine brake fluid service helps protect the master cylinder, calipers, ABS components, and the overall braking system while maintaining more consistent braking performance.

Cabin Air Filter Replacement

(Part of the 2 yr / 20k mile B Service)

A cabin air filter left in service beyond its intended lifespan can restrict airflow and force the HVAC system to work harder than it should. Over time, that added strain can reduce system performance and may contribute to premature blower motor wear or failure. Replacing the cabin air filter helps maintain proper airflow, improves climate control performance, and supports cleaner air inside the vehicle. Your Mercedes may have one or two cabin filter locations due to some models using a pre-filter, or dust filter, in one location and the activated charcoal filter in the other.
