How Service Works
HighLine Performance offers a few different repair paths depending on your vehicle, your priorities, and the parts strategy that makes the most sense for the job. Some customers want a classic shop full-service experience. Others want specific brands of parts, or more control over the parts on their vehicle. Others simply want the lowest practical upfront parts cost. The goal is to match the repair path to the customer and the vehicle without sacrificing clear communication or quality workmanship.
Choose the Repair Path That Fits You
Full-Service Repair Experience
Best for customers who want the most complete convenience, support, and one-stop service. We diagnose the issue, source the parts and fluids, and handle the repair from start to finish. This is the classic shop-style experience and the best fit for customers who want a straightforward process with parts sourcing, service planning, and repair handled in one place. All parts under this option carry a minimum 2 year/unlimited mile parts & labor warranty unless noted otherwise on the estimate/invoice.
Guided Parts-Purchase Path
Best for eligible customers who want labor-only (untaxed) billing and the possibility of a Lifetime Replacement Guarantee on select parts and fluids. We build the exact parts list and any required fluids or consumables through an approved specified source. You purchase the specified items directly, and we perform the labor. This path is best for customers who are eligible for Lifetime Replacement parts coverage, or those who want to avoid paying tax on labor (See the button below for more info) while still having the correct parts strategy built for them. Call to see whether your vehicle and repair may qualify for Lifetime Replacement Guarantee. Parts warranties under this option are covered by the approved source, and will normally have a minimum of 2 yr warranty. Labor warranty subject to terms and condition.
Alternate-Source Parts Path
Best for customers prioritizing lower upfront parts cost over warranty and support. At customer request, some repairs may be quoted with alternate-sourced parts. This can reduce upfront parts cost, but warranty and support may be more limited depending on the source and the part type. Final coverage terms are confirmed on the estimate or invoice.
Convenient Service Options
In-Shop
Best for larger jobs, more involved repairs, or work that is better handled in a more controlled setting.
Pickup & Dropoff Available
For customers who want added convenience when the repair is better handled at our location, pickup and dropoff is available.
Mobile Service and Repairs
For many smaller or simpler jobs, the preferred approach is to complete the work on site when it can be done reasonably and efficiently. This keeps convenience high without turning pickup and dropoff into the default when mobile service makes more sense.
Roadside Assistance Available
Roadside assistance is available for lockouts, jumpstarts, fuel delivery, tire changes, roadside tire plugs, battery installation, and no-start quick triage. Pricing is based on service area, and if availability is delayed due to an active repair or current location, you’ll receive a realistic ETA before approving service.
